Working principle

The so-called vacuum drying, that is, drying materials under vacuum conditions for heating drying. If the vacuum pump is used for pumping and exhausting, the drying speed is accelerated.

Note: if the condenser is used, the solvent in the material can be recovered by the condenser. For example, the solvent is water, the condenser can not be used, and the energy investment is saved.

Performance characteristics
◎The boiling point of raw material under vacuum. Reduce the heat transfer of the evaporator force increases. Therefore for a certain amount of heat can save the heat transfer area of evaporator.
◎The heat source for evaporation can be steam or waste heat steam.
◎Less heat loss of evaporator.
