Summary：

Working Principle of Automatic Packing:

        Put the material into weighing hopper through the feed gear (pneumatic gate), the controller receives the weight signal from the sensor, then control the system through a per-set program. At the beginning, feed the material very quickly, when the weight≥ target value (coarse measurement value), change the signal, feed the material in the medium speed, when the weight≥ target value (precision measurement value), change the signal, feed the material in the slow speed, when the weight≥ target value ( overshoot value), stop the signal, the pneumatic gate is closed. After input the clip bag signal, the weighing hopper discharge doors will automatically open. When the weight ≤ zero settings, the weighing hopper discharge doors will automatically close, the material bag fall into the conveyor belt, sending to the sewing machine, at the same time, the controller enters the next control cycle.

Composition of Automatic Packaging System: 

Material entrance, feeding mechanism (gate), weigh hopper, the folder bag system, rack, suction outlet, pneumatic systems, sensors, control box, transport and joint package system.
